Privacy policy

This draft explains the information the booking platform collects. Have it reviewed against the Australian Privacy Principles before relying on it.

We collect contact details, site addresses, job photographs, quote inputs and payment references so we can estimate, book and complete work. We do not store card numbers or CVV data.

Payment data is handled by Stripe or PayPal. Email notices go to the address you give us and to the business inbox. Analytics events record the page and calculator step, not your name.

You can ask for access or correction by emailing enquiries@washpressure.com.au. We keep job records for operational, tax and dispute purposes.
