How much does pressure washing cost in Sydney?
A current guide for a concrete driveway is $4.40 per square metre including GST, with a $180 minimum including GST. Commercial, graffiti, hot-water and soft-wash work use different rates. The calculator returns a job-specific estimate from the live rate card.
What is the minimum call-out charge?
The residential minimum is $180 including GST. Commercial, car park, warehouse, graffiti and method-specific jobs have higher published minimums on the pricing page.
Can I receive an instant estimate online?
Yes, for suitable standard jobs when you give a service, a usable area and ordinary access. The result is labelled an instant estimate, not a fixed price, until the scope is approved.
When do I need a site inspection?
When the area cannot be measured, photographs are needed, the surface is sensitive, graffiti is porous or layered, access is restricted, wastewater must be recovered, or the work is a large commercial or recurring contract.
Is hot-water pressure washing better for some jobs?
Hot water can help grease and heavy traffic film on suitable hard surfaces. It does not remove every stain and is not the default on painted or delicate finishes.
Can pressure washing damage concrete, pavers or painted surfaces?
High pressure can mark render, painted masonry, sandstone and timber. The calculator switches those surfaces to soft washing. Cracked or failing coatings should be assessed before any method is used.
Can graffiti be removed from brick and masonry?
Sometimes. Brick and other porous walls often need a test patch. A shadow can remain. Layered or previously treated graffiti is assessed rather than booked as a guaranteed clean.
Do you offer commercial and recurring maintenance contracts?
Yes. Use the commercial quote form for multi-site, after-hours or recurring work. Payment terms follow the accepted contract and are not forced to a 10% deposit if the contract says otherwise.
Can you work after hours?
After-hours commercial visits can be requested. The time is recorded as requested until a contractor is allocated. An after-hours surcharge applies when that option is selected.
How are wastewater and cleaning runoff handled?
Ordinary outdoor drainage is assumed unless you say recovery is required. Recovery, containment and disposal are assessed. They are not given an automatic fixed add-on price.
Do I pay a deposit?
Approved standard jobs take a 10% deposit of the approved total including GST. Instant estimates that are marked payable can take that deposit online. Commercial contracts can use different terms.
When is the remaining balance due?
After the work is reviewed as complete. The balance is the approved total plus approved variations, minus verified payments. A payment link does not by itself close the job.
Which Sydney areas do you service?
Greater Sydney localities in the areas list. Inner, mid and outer travel zones change the travel line on the estimate. A missing suburb page does not mean the suburb is excluded.
What happens if the actual job differs from the original estimate?
The original accepted price stays on the record. Extra chargeable work is a variation and needs your approval before it is done, except where a documented emergency procedure lawfully applies.
